Abstract

My thesis deals with engraving impact on metal and wooden parts of weapon. In the background research there is a brief summary of engraving technologies which are used nowadays. In following captures I have mentioned the process of engraving into metal and wooden parts of weapons. I have described this technology in detail with pictorial enclosures. There are also small engraving implements introduced. I have analised engraving influence over weapon construction (fitness and weapon handling) on concrete examples. These examples are rifle and shot barrel. In the last captures I have put attention to influence of engraving on weapon value.
