Porovnání vybraných metod a zařízení pro měření vibrací

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of recorded signals during vibration measurement. A set of accelerometers from Kistler and an intelligent tool clamp iTENDO2 from Schunk were used for vibration measurement. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the different types of vibration and the stability of the cutting process together with the influences that affect it. Finally, the theoretical part presents the methods of vibration measurement. The experimental part of the thesis describes the course of measurements in and out of the cutting process. The experimental conditions, the equipment used and the evaluation of the experiment are presented.
