Abstract
This master's thesis focuses on developing a strategy for entering foreign markets with a selected product of the company EBZ elektro s.r.o., which specializes in the production of equipment for explosion-hazardous areas. The thesis is divided into several parts. In the first, theoretical part, the applied analyses and strategies are introduced. The second part focuses on the complex characteristics of the company. The third part of the thesis deals in detail with the analysis of the entry options in the given markets, which can influence a successful entry. Based on these analyses, suitable markets for expansion are subsequently selected. In the fourth part, a successful entry strategy is proposed for each of these markets. The final chapter of the thesis identifies the potential risks associated with entry into the selected markets, along with a proposal for their elimination.
