Abstract

This thesis deals with the evaluation of employee training and development system in company NEXT REALITY GROUP a.s. The aim of thesis is to evaluate employee training and development system in a selected organization and on the basis of the analysis of the current state, recommend proposals leading to improvement of this system. Thesis is divided into two main parts. The main conception about training and development of employees is in the theoretical part. The practical part is first focused on description of the selected company and then is focused on analysis of the system of employee training and development. Based on the analysis, proposals and recommendations for improvement were formulated.
