Thesis is dealing with proposal of boiler retrofiting behind the walking beam furnace in Třinecké železárny. Exhaust heat-boiler does not supply required power, the point of this thesis is to propose a solution to realize guarantee-values of boiler.

There is performed thermal calculation in this thesis and propose extra-surface of exchanger to guarantee required power. There are performed calculations of heat losses on the side of exhaust and on the side of water for selection of exhauster and water pump. Applied drawing documentation contains constructional solution of exchangers extra-surface and of boiler formation.
