Abstract

I chose Design of marketing communication of non-profit organization Czech Red Cross Opava as my bachelor's thesis. Aim of this work was to design particular marketing communication media to increase awareness about activities of this organization. Introduction characterizes Czech Red Cross organization, Czech Red Cross Opava and Youth of Czech Red Cross Opava. Theoretical part describes instruments of marketing communication and non-profit sector. Pratical part of the work contains research methodology like data acquisition, which was made in person and electronically. Following chapter analyses acquired data and reviews current marketing communication. Based on this analysis, a number of recommendations and proposals are created, which lead to improve marketing communication. I chose advertisement on the Internet, in press, public demonstration of first aid and excursion to department of transfusion of Silesian hospital in Opava.
