Rekonstrukce stavu pro testování sestupných převodovek těžkého nákladního automobilu

Abstract

My this master thesis i deal with the reconstruction of a testing stand for a heavy truck transfer case. My task is to adjust the stand, so that the load transfer case best corresponded with the real state vehicle T158 Phoenix. It was designed new technological planetary gear. Major stressed parts such as shafts, bearings and gears were checked. In conclusion, I calculated the overall efficiency of the whole stand.
