Abstract

This thesis deals with a highly efficient milling strategies and with their impact on the machined surface, mostly on the surface tension while milling the material Toolox 44. The introductory part describes the problems of surface tension, especially the emergence of tensions and analysis of methods that are most commonly used to measure the resulting voltage. The next section outlines CAD / CAM systems. When using such a system leads to the simplification and streamlining of the production. Currently on the market a large number of these systems are used in various industries. For the experimental part of the work we were selected CAM systems, which include highly efficient milling strategy. The purpose of the experiment is to evaluate whether a highly efficient milling strategies are affecting surface tension in size and direction.
