Abstract
The aim of thesis is to find out an actual structure of customers of industrial company and design a new marketing activities for customer relationship management. The thesis is divided to a few chapters. In theoretic part there are describe basic terms related to the CRM. Then there is a characteristic of company, mainly from marketing department. Results of the research from secondary datas are presented in the analytic part. There are some suggestions of the new marketing activities towards to individual segments of customers. Sensitive data are hidden at the request of the company and complete thesis is located at the supervisor Ing. Jana Valečková.
