Racionalizace výroby lišty rámu

Abstract

Master thesis is about increasing efficiency of Frame Ledge part production in the conditions of the company of Ferrit Ltd. It’s dealing with rationalization of the machining process on CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines. The main goal was decreasing machining time and costs and increasing production capacities. This was achieved mainly by changing machining conditions and by using different tools and machining strategies. Application of high feed milling had a profound impact on achieved results. The whole machining process was examined and adjusted. The greatest emphasis was placed on limitation of necessary investments, therefore the best possible utilization of remaining tools and machines. Important factor was the versatility of these tools for piece and smalllot production. The new machining process was eventually evaluated from a technical – economic standpoint.
