Abstract

This paper describes the proposal and implementation of actions to improve the assembly line of ceiling modules for the automotive industry. The theoretical part provides the knowledge base related to quality improvement, which is additionally supplemented by themes solved in the practical part. The practical part includes an initial analysis of the scrap of the assembly line, definition the reasons of deficiencies, implementation of correction action, analysis and evaluation of changes after implementation of correction actions.
