dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací opatření ke zlepšení stavu montážní linky stropních modulů pro automobilový průmysl. Teoretická část práce poskytuje vědomostní základnu související se zlepšováním kvality, která je navíc doplněna o témata řešená v rámci praktické části. Praktická část práce zahrnuje počáteční analýzu zmetkovistosti montážní linky, definování příčin nedostatků, realizaci naprav, analýzu a vyhodnocení změn po realizaci náprav.cs
dc.description.abstractThis paper describes the proposal and implementation of actions to improve the assembly line of ceiling modules for the automotive industry. The theoretical part provides the knowledge base related to quality improvement, which is additionally supplemented by themes solved in the practical part. The practical part includes an initial analysis of the scrap of the assembly line, definition the reasons of deficiencies, implementation of correction action, analysis and evaluation of changes after implementation of correction actions.en
