Abstract

This work is focused on the measurement of satisfaction associated with bank accounts, but also other related parameters. These parameters include client satisfaction with the bank employees or the frequency of use of payment cards. The processing work was used secondary informaction obtained from professional publication and primary information generated through the questionnaire.
