Abstract
My bachelor's thesis is about competitive strategy of E-TECHNIK s.r.o. company. In theoretical part of work there is in detail described characteristic of E-TECHNIC s.r.o. company and its position in competing environment. An explanation of basic concepts connected with topic of competitiveness and strategic analysis is followed up with practical part of bachelor's thesis, which with the help of strategic analysis will map E-TECHNIK s.r.o. company. From results of strategic analysis conclusions are made, which should show the possibilities to improve position in competing environment to E-TECHNIC s.r.o. company and this is the objective of my bachelor's thesis.
