Abstract

This thesis deals with part production - piston. The sample representative – MS BOLD company, material and current production are described. The current production is related to several machines and workstations. This part is followed by the designed production technology analysis. A turnery machining center is used for the designed technology production. A turnery machining center can perform all operations. The advantage is substantial production time reduction leading to reducing the costs of production. In the next section new tools with cutting conditions definition are described. Finally both technologies are compared from technical and economical points of view. The appendix includes control program for CNC machine tool.
