Racionalizace systému řízení údržby ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with improvement of the maintenance system in the factory of the company Kofola Inc. in Krnov. Current state of machines attendance and overall technique of organization of maintenance in production were analysed. This work focuses on the processing machine for bottle blowing, SBO 10. On the basis of analysis, evaluation procedure was designed to introduce TPM into the maintenance management system. Specifically for the selected machine SBO 10, a proposal on possible more effective dispensation of maintenance was elaborated, what benefits it could have for the company: the emergence of saving repair costs, eliminating losses due to machine downtime and other.
