Analýza personálních činností ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the issues of personal activities and employee satisfaction at Isotra company. The work is divided into three main parts. After acquaintance with the company, its history and development follows the theoretical part. This part of the thesis describes basic concepts of personal management and theoretical approaches to human resources management. Finally, human resources management is analyzed in the organization. Practical part contains suggestions and recommendations that could bring benefit for the company based on the results obtained from the questionnaire survey.
