Zhodnocení efektivity interní komunikace v průmyslové firmě

Abstract

Presented diploma thesis deals with analysis of internal communication effectiveness in an industrial company. The company focuses on providing full range of transport and logistics services on international scale. The theoretical part defines basic ideas related to internal communication. Following practical part is based on results of questionnaire research and suggests improvements in main fields of research. Namely area employee - manager communication, employees awareness of processes within company, employees´ opinions on the company and personal satisfaction in the company.
