Abstract

This diploma thesis is aimed at analysis of clients satisfaction with business practices. The main objective is to find out and judge the profesionality of dealing with customers and the care of them by the recognized company. This thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is theoretical. It focuses on the dilemma of business dealing with customers and detailed description of the key account management. Market research is carried out in the second practical part. The research has investigated the cliets opinions of every single aspects of business relations, when I especially focused on business dealing and its defects and than I tried to propose effective possibilities how to delete these defects and recommendations for better results in this area. The research was undertaken by filling out the questionnaires and also served me the experiences and informations which I accumulated during the business dealing by the recognized company. The entire results can be found in the practical part of this diploma thesis.
