Abstract

This graduation theses focuses on communication in the process of change. Examined change was about reducing the number of employees in one of the departments of municipality in Hlučín. Aim of this theses was find out how employees were satisfied with internal communication dutiny organizational change and suggest possible actions when implementing future changes. For getting information was choosen technique questionnaire. Contribution of this theses was concept of arrangements and suggestions, which could help when next changes will be implement.
