Metodika práce se skenerem ATOS

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of non-contact 3D measurement with a focus on the optical measuring system ATOS Compact Scan. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the current state in the field of non-contact 3D measurement and an overview of selected technologies used for object digitization. This is followed by an analysis of the hardware equipment of the ATOS Compact Scan system and the ZEISS INSPECT software environment, which is used for control of the measuring process, system calibration and processing of measured data. The main part of the thesis is focused on creating a methodology for working with the scanner, including workplace preparation, system setup, calibration, object scanning and subsequent processing of the polygon mesh. The result of the thesis is a comprehensive methodology for working with the ATOS Compact Scan system, which can serve as a practical guide for users of the device and as a basis for further use of optical measuring methods in industrial practice.
