Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the processes of choosing, acquiring, adjusting and maintaining employees in the company North Moravian education institute Ltd. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse these processes and to provide an improvement scheme for the company’s CEO, which could help to improve each individual process in the company. First part of the thesis focuses on solving issues of the company and presents different methods on how to solve these particular issues. Second part contains characteristics of the company that the thesis is dealing with, analysis of the current state the choosing, acquiring, adjusting and maintaining processes of employees can be found in, in Homola canteen, that is run by North Moravian education institute. And last but not least, the survey evaluation. From all of the gathered knowledge the CEO is being provided with ideas, that could help improve these processes.
