Abstract

The Bachelor Thesis is concerned with the evaluating factors of job satisfaction of employees in a selected organization. The Thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the concept of job satisfaction and factors that influence the work satisfaction. The practical part is focused on an exploration of the level of the work satisfaction of employees by individual factors of satisfaction via questionnaires. This thesis includes the evaluation of the obtained data and recommendations for the selected organization.
