Abstract
This master thesis is devoted to the design of a hydraulic system for equipment intended for handling moulds, specifically for their disassembly and folding. The main objective was to create a technical solution that is reliable, functional and simple in design. In the initial part of the thesis, a theoretical research focused on technologies using moulds and related requirements for hydraulic systems was prepared. Subsequently, an analysis of technical parameters, kinematic decomposition of the forces applied and the design of a functional hydraulic scheme were carried out. The work also includes the calculation of the temperature balance of the system, based on which a suitable cooler was selected, as well as the design of the hydraulic tank structure, including the preparation of production documentation. The selection of individual components was made using manufacturers' catalogues. The result is a comprehensive design of a hydraulic system ready for implementation, the solution of which has direct practical application and was designed for a specific customer.
