Abstract
The diploma thesis objective is to analyse the process of employee recruitment and selection in a specific company. The theoretical part describes in more detail the relevant area which is subject of the research and provides for its better understanding. The introduction into the practical part provides characteristics of the selected company and then describes the process of employee recruitment and selection in INA Kysuce, a. s..
The information needed was obtained in co-operation with the HR Assistant and based on the performed sociological research executed by means of a questionnaire-based research. However, there were also some minor drawbacks found within the process examined, and for this reason the final part with proposals also includes recommendations that could help to remove such drawbacks and thus to improve the employee recruitment and selection process efficiency.
