Změna mechanických vlastností svaru válcového běhounu v závislosti na svařovacích parametrech

Abstract

The thesis deals with the method of submerged arc welding with different welding parameters. Welded cylindrical treads are manufactured by Ammann Company, which owns a power source that allows direct and alternating current welding. In the theoretical part, problems of electric arc and welding parameters are elaborated, subsequently the basic conventional methods of arc welding are mentioned and the larger part is dedicated to the submerged arc welding. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate welded samples by means of mechanical tests and to evaluate whether the production can be made more efficient or if the quality of welded joint can be improved when using other welding parameters.
