Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with design of mechanically actuated multi-plate double clutch of Ortlinghaus type, which is part of drive system in a cable winch. Its function is to reliably enable change from the drive function to the clutch brake mode or vice versa. Possible types of used multiple plate friction clutches are listed in the introduction section. According to the specified conditions, the design and control of the clutch core elements is carried out such as plates, plate lugs, levers, pins. The choice of the industrial disc brake used and the calculation of dowel pins are made. The designed clutch is documented as an attachment in the form of an assembly drawing, detail drawings of flanges, external and internal plate.
