Abstract

This master thesis is dealing with the design of a cogeneration unit for Multi-purpose Sports Hall of VŠB. In introduction of this thesis are described some of the main principles of the cogeneration devices. The next part is describing the specific building and its own energy consumption. After that, there are several designs of potentially optimal devices for this building. And then there are all the design options economically compared to show which one is the best. The last part of this thesis is a drawing of a layout solution for the chosen unit, there is also a scheme drawing of connection of this unit to the heating system.
