Abstract

This work was focused on the employee recruitment and selection process of the Havirov City Authority. Based on the analysis of provided materials, questionnaire survey and interview with a personnel worker was found current course of the process. Thanks to the identified information were submitted proposals and recommendations to streamline employee recruitment and selection process of the authority. The first proposal was advertising in the newspaper. Subsequently, it was recommended that the authority cooperated with educational institutions. Another proposal was to motivate the employees of the authority, for example a single reward and so increased the number of the recommendations of the employees. It was also suggested that employee benefits already reported to the job offer. The last proposal was temporary records of missed candidates.
