Rozhodovací procesy při projektové přípravě staveb integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

Public demand for increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of spending public funds raises questions and challenges in planning and financing expenses. State and public administration must react to this demand, even in cases where they are prepared and implemented common expenses associated with the financing of reproduction of real estate. Doctoral dissertation "The decision-making processes in the project preparation process of the Integrated Rescue System" is dedicated to the preparation and implementation reproduction of real estate, especially with regard to the preparation and implementation of construction investment and non-investment projects of small scale. Doctoral dissertation combines existing knowledge and expertise in the field of general analysis of investment projects, the current condition of the commonly used methods of evaluation and preparation of the implementation of construction projects in the state administration. Based on these findings, this doctoral dissertation proposes a procedure and method of evaluation of upcoming projects in the field of reproduction of property and simultaneously propose a method for the preparation and organization of the annual budget to cover expenses related to the planned reproductions of real estate
