Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with problems of serial production from the point of view of decrease of defects in production and waste reduction. In the first, theoretical part, there are general information about the quality management system and the individual quality tools, which were taken from the literature, the list of which is given at the end of this work. The second part introduces Weppler-Tools Ltd., its focus and production program. The current state of serial production, including environmental characteristics, is described. Subsequently, the obtained data are analyzed and evaluated using quality tools. In the last part, the results are evaluated and measures are proposed to decrease of defects in production and waste reduction.
