Využití metod technické diagnostiky při rekonstrukci rozválcovacího stroje

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to describe the possibility of using technical diagnostic methods during the real reconstruction of the ring rolling machine RKV602. In the first part, the machine is described in detail in its original version when it was put into operation. Next, this thesis deals with the description of defects and problems of the machine during its current operation. This is followed by the selection of key problematic nodes and a proposal for their fundamental reconstruction. After the reconstruction of all the machine's mechanical nodes, a system of regular predictive maintenance is introduced to monitor important operating parameters of the machine through vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics. An important part of this work is a detailed description of the process of setting up the new propulsion system. In the final part of this work, there is a final evaluation of all the performed actions, namely from a production and technological point of view.
