Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti malého podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce řeší konkurenceschopnost malého podniku. Cílem práce je zhodnotit konkurenceschopnost malého podniku a na základě analýz navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení. Konkurenceschopnost bude zhodnocena pomocí PESTLE analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil, finanční analýzou, indexem IN 95, finanční analýzou a metodou GM trend. Provedenými analýzami bylo zjištěno několik nedostatků firmy. Na konci práce jsou pro tyto nedostatky doporučena nápravná opatření.

This thesis occupy with competitiveness of the small company. The target of this thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of the small company and to make suggestions for improve on the basis of the analysis. The competitiveness will evaluate by the PESTLE analysis, Porter´s five forces framework, the index IN 95, the financial analysis and the method GM trend. By this analysis were found a few of the lacks. There are some recommendations for the improvement in the end of this thesis.
