Arboretum s oranžerií Klimkovice

Abstract

The topic of my thesis is to design the arboretum with orangery including a restaurant and exhibition hall. The work objective is to design the building and also make the technical documentation as well as architectural. Detached property is located on the street Rakovecká in the village Klimkovice. The building is designed as a low single-storey building of comprehensive plan with partial basement. The content of my work relates to 1st floor. There is an entrance hall, exhibition area, restaurant and building service in this floor. The building is situated on a greenfield site and is registered in the Land Register as arable land. The annexes to the thesis is a study which I solved in previous study
