Arboretum s oranžerií Klimkovice

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je návrh arboreta s oranžerií včetně restaurace a výstavního sálu. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout stavbu a zároveň provést dokumentaci jak technickou tak i architektonickou. Samostatně stojící objekt se nachází na ulici Rakovecká v obci Klimkovice. Objekt je navržen jako nízká jednopodlažní částečně podsklepená stavba rozsáhlého půdorysu. Obsah mé bakalářské práce se vztahuje na 1.NP. V tomto podlaží se nachází vstupní hala, výstavní plocha, restaurace a technické vybavení objektu.Objekt je situován na zelené louce zapsán v katastru nemovitostí jako orná půda. Součástí příloh k bakalářské práci je i studie, kterou jsem řešil v předchozím studiu.

The topic of my thesis is to design the arboretum with orangery including a restaurant and exhibition hall. The work objective is to design the building and also make the technical documentation as well as architectural. Detached property is located on the street Rakovecká in the village Klimkovice. The building is designed as a low single-storey building of comprehensive plan with partial basement. The content of my work relates to 1st floor. There is an entrance hall, exhibition area, restaurant and building service in this floor. The building is situated on a greenfield site and is registered in the Land Register as arable land. The annexes to the thesis is a study which I solved in previous study
