Návrh nové mezinárodní letecké linky pro nákladní přepravu

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with a draft of a new international air freight route. The introduction of the thesis is focused on the characteristics of air cargo transport, the future development of air cargo transport and the analysis of Ostrava Airport from the point of view of cargo transport. The core part of the thesis is dedicated to compilation of a project for the start of operation of a new air freight route on a selected suitable route from Ostrava Airport. For selection of suitable route is used author edited gravity model and for project management the PERT method is used. The outcome of the thesis is a compiled project for the start of operation of a new air cargo route from Ostrava Airport on selected route Ostrava – Doha – Singapore – Ostrava. At the In conclusion of the thesis, the proposed solutions are evaluated in terms of possible future implementation.
