Návrh hydraulického obvodu pro pohon mobilního stroje

Abstract

In the diploma thesis, there is a comprehensive proposal for a hydraulic circuit of an agricultural appliance used for driving a mobile mower. In the introduction part, there is a short description of a drum mower INZECO 1200 and a description of a combustion engine which the agricultural appliance is fitted with. The diploma thesis describes two basic conceptions for the hydraulic circuit of the mower and the drive of the lifting appliance. The choice of elements used in the circuit and the structure of the solution are based on the calculations of necessary parameters. Based on the assessment of both systems, optimizing was carried out, which determines the realizing option. Another part of the thesis also comprises necessary strength calculations for the connecting parts subjected to mechanical pressure. There is also a note of alternative methods of the solution. In the final part of the thesis, there is a comparison of the calculated values and the values actually measured on a real appliance. That comparison proves the good function and the sophisticated structure of the hydraulic system, and also deviations from calculated values.
