Abstract
The propose of this thesis is to conduct a survey of employee satisfaction in the selected company with the current process of adaptation. Evaluate the current system, specify the causes of discontent and propose a measures that will lead to an overall improvement in employee satisfaction. The suggested proposals will be submitted to the company management, which should take them into account and in an effort to improve the process, they should applied them. The first part is devoted to the aim of the thesis and brief description of each chapter. The second part explains the selected theoretical aspects related to the issue of human resource management and adaptation process of employees, there is also a description of the methodology and methods of sociological exploration and use of technology survey. In the third part of this thesis is described the selected company. In the fourth part is detailed evaluation of the process of adaptation, there was used the survey for these purposes. The fifth part is devoted to the proposals and recommendations that are based on respondents' answer. Everything is summarized in the SWOT analysis. In sixth part is the entire thesis summarized.
