Abstract

The aim of the thesis is an assessment of influence of used temperature mode of welding on the final hardness of weld joint from Cr-Mo steels. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the usage and the qualities of Cr-Mo steels, especially steel 15128 (14MoV6-3) and steel P91. There are also described heterogeneous joints of these steels and their issues. The destructive and non-destructive tests of hardness of weld joints and methods of computation for a prediction of joint´s hardness in an area influenced by heat have been studied. In the experimental part of the thesis there is proposed and performed an experimental programme of certification of hardness of the weld joints in dependence on used welding temperature mode. Next there is certified function and accuracy of selected computation models for the prediction of the hardness of the weld joints. The conclusion of the thesis is dedicated to the discussion about the reached results and their comparison with facts in the literature.
