Abstract

The aim of this thesis was analyzed the existing remuneration system in a chosen banking company and based on the results propose recommendations for its editing. The method of analyzing literary works and following the synthesis of the text in a unified whole were used to solve this problem. Then the questionnaire was distributed among employees of the concrete bank and its results were processed and interpreted using tables and charts. Based on the detected data were proposed the recommending adjustments leading to better and more stable performance of staff and their overal job satisfaction.
