Analýza politiky zaměstnanosti zaměřená na osoby se zdravotním postižením

Abstract

The bachelor thesis entitled Employment Policy Analysis Targeted to Disabled People focuses on the issue of employing people with disabilities. Special attention is paid to people with hearing impairment whose hearing handicap is a major concern of employers. The aim of the thesis is to analyse position of people with disabilities in the labour market with the focus on people with hearing impairment and to propose policy measures aimed to increase employment of these people. This goal was reached by using methods of descriptive and comparative analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis contains theoretical context of employment of disadvantaged people. The practical part analyses the position and support of people with disabilities in the labour market in Slovakia, Germany and Denmark. The next part contains employment policy focused on supporting people with disabilities in the Czech Republic. The last part of the thesis focuses on people with hearing impairment, specifically on the possibilities of employing and supporting employability of these people in the Czech labour market. In this part were mentioned organizations helping people with hearing impairment as well as activities and projects helping and supporting these people. As for suggestions and recommendations to increase the employment and employability of people with disabilities and of people with hearing impairment, they were inspired by policy measures in other European Union countries.
