Abstract

The bachelor thesis elaborates a summary of the area of development and qualification improvement of existing employees, and the recruitment of new professionals. The first part characterises human capital as a complex of inborn and required abilities, knowledge, skills, experience and customs. Next part deals with implementation of education, and it is divided into several phases: program, motivation, styles and methods, participants and tutors. Following part focuses on educational goals and verification of their performace in particular plants. The final part introduces the Junior Program focused on recruitment of secondary school leavers and university graduates.
