Hodnocení parametrů integrity povrchové vrstvy po aplikaci konvenčního obrábění

Abstract

The thesis deals with the integrity of the surface after conventional machining. The introductory part contains an annotation on the technology of HSC machining from history to use and benefits. Furthermore, surface integrity focused on surface roughness and surface tensions. The thesis describes and uses the method of setting up the Design of Experiments (DOE) experiment. The main content of the diploma thesis is the experimental part, in which the influence of cutting parameters on the integrity of the surface after conventional machining is tested. It was tested whether HSC machining will be achieved at the maximum parameters of a conventional machine. The last part is the evaluation of measured values, which are written in clear tables and graphs. Summary of findings and recommendations for further use in practice.
