Analýza mzdového systému u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of wages and the wage system within a selected company, anonymized in this work under the name ADR, a.s., in order to protect its identity. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the company's wage system, evaluate its effectiveness, and propose potential improvements. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to employee compensation, including the legal framework of wages, types of remuneration, and employee benefits. The practical part presents an analysis of the wage system based on internal data provided by the company, including the results of wage benchmarking through the Platy.cz platform.
