Abstract

Master's thesis focuses on the analysis and optimization of the production process with the goal of increasing the output of final products. The work begins with a literature review and an introduction to the company under study. Following this, a detailed analysis of the current state of the production process is conducted, identifying key areas for improvement. Based on these findings, specific measures for optimizing production are proposed, leading to a more efficient use of production capacities and an increase in output. The goal of this work is to contribute to the company's enhanced competitiveness through improvements in production performance.
