Zefektivnění systému kontroly odváděné práce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zefektivněním systému odváděné práce. Cílem je najít efektivní a optimální řešení, které bude zahrnovat primárně časovou, peněžní a ekologickou úsporu. Úvod je zaměřen na teorii s pojmy, které jsou obsaženy v praktické části. Ta obsahuje popis aktuálního stavu společnosti s vizualizací a popisem dvou řešení. Jeden z návrhů je zahrnut do analýzy vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Celková suma času a peněz aktuálního stavu je porovnána se sumou nového řešení. V neposlední řadě je vypočítáno srovnání úspory času a celková návratnost investic, kde je porovnáno nové řešení vícekriteriálního rozhodování s financemi potřebné k vynaložení výdajů aktuálního stavu.

The bachelor thesis deals with streamlining the system of work done.The goal is to find an effective and optimal solution that will include primarily time, financial and environmental savings.The introduction is focused on the theory with terms contained in the practical part. It contains a description of the current state of the company with visualization and description of two solutions.One of the proposals is included in the multi-criteria decision analysis.The total amount of time and financial of the current state is compared with the amount of the new solution. Finally, a comparison is calculated with time savings and overall financial return, which is a new solution compared with multi-criteria decision with the finances needed to spend the current status.
