Metody klasifikace zásob

Abstract

Zásoby nás provázejí celým našim životem, i přesto, že si to vůbec nemusíme uvědomovat. Například se jedná o zásobu potravin v kuchyni, bez které se neobejde žádná kuchařka. I lidské tělo, když hladoví, si vytváří zásobu. To samé se děje i v podnicích, kdy je velmi důležité odhadnout velikost zásob, protože jinak může dojít k nesplnění požadavků ze strany zákazníka a následně jeho ztrátou. Cílem bakalářské práce je vysvětlení základních pojmů z hlediska logistiky a následná charakteristika metod řízení zásob.

For example when is the human body hungry, it is necessary to create supplies or reservers. The same thins happens in businesses where it is very important to estimate the size of the inventory, because otherwise it may fall short of the requirements of the customer and consequently his loss. The aim of the thesis is the explanation of basic concepts in terms of logistics and subsequent characterization methods for inventory management.
