Vybrané aspekty sdílené ekonomiky v oblasti bikesharingu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se bude věnovat vybraným aspektům sdílené ekonomiky v oblasti bikesharingu. Teoretická část představí problematiku definovaní sdílené ekonomiky, vývoj sdílené ekonomiky, problematiku legislativy a regulace. Dále budou představena teoretická východiska konkrétně pro oblast bikesharigu. Pro praktickou část práce budou zvoleny metody finanční a strategické analýzy, a to například analýz: spider, PESTLE, Porterova pěti konkurenčních sil, SWOT, IFE a EFE. Provedené analýzy budou aplikovány na konkrétní podnik a vše bude zasazeno do kontextu podnikání na principech sdílené ekonomiky.

The diploma thesis will be focused on selected aspects of a shared economy in bikesharing. The theoretical part introduces the issue of defining a sharing economy, the development of a sharing economy, issues of legislation and regulation. Furthermore, the theoretical basis specifically for the area of bikesharig will be presented. Methods of financial and strategic analysis will be chosen for the practical part of the work, such as: spider, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, IFE and EFE. The performed analysis will be applied to a specific company and all will be set in the context of business on the principles of the sharing economy.
