Analýza současných možností využití alternativních pohonných jednotek v letectví

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis provides a common view on the status of current knowledge, predominantly of electrical power units. The current state and functioning of power units used nowadays for aircraft propulsion are explained in the first part. Motivation is then described furthermore as it stands behind the search for new, more ecological methods of aircraft propulsion. In the second part, there are explanations of basic configurations, technologies, and concrete examples of aircraft concepts that are either in the phase of computer modelling or functional prototypes tested in the real environment. The most perspective technologies are analysed using SWOT analysis.
