Abstract

The aim of this master thesis is evaluate system of motivation and employee ´s benefits, which ArcelorMittal company provides to employees and analyze this issue. First part of master thesis is devoted to theoretical concepts about motivation and stimulation of employees, employee ´s benefits and finally is described creation of the questionnaire. Next is part that launch ArcelorMittal Ostrava company, including history, personnel and economic characteristics. The practical part is devoted to analyze of questionnaires. The aim is find out how are employees motivated and analyze use of employee ´s benefits. It is also important to find out which benefits employees wish to implement in the company. In the last part are suggestions and recommendations which come out from practical part.
